mini pc raspberry pi 4 case

unfortunately i have tried this case twice to not have any leds or the cooler work....customer service was a bust too...good thing i ordered from amazon...returned and similar case bought and worked

my pironman case has the rgb connectors on the opposite side and they dont turn on, any suggestions?

Did you try it with wireless peripherals and ssd connected at the same time...? I have a Microsoft keyboard connected to it and it seems that the voltage is not enough for the keyboard to work properly. Please help
