The beginning conversation is awsome, it shows the 2 characters Clark/ Kal El and sets the tone. It's asking questions that were asked in BVS but they're trying to do it differently.

Honestly the amount of shit you throw at a trailer is sad, I'd recommend dont go see it as your opinions are set.
I'm very excited about this movie because I view it for what it's supposed to be, a fun summer superhero movie. I'm not looking for movie of the year, best picture and actor awards. I want to be entertained and I'm sure I will be.
Shit on the costume as much as you want, it shows you don't read a wide range of dc.
I wish I could sit in my livingroom and shit on everything all day and get paid for it too....

It's difficult to judge any movie off a trailer. I usually go with the cast and director, and both Fantastic Four, and Superman just don't have it. Also, with a tighter economy, I don't think people are rushing out to see more superhero movies. I think Jurassic Park may do really well because of a great cast and seemingly good premise. I just hope that when/if Superman doesn't hit expectations, it doesn't effect their publishing division, because DC Comics has been so much better the past 6 months. The sad part is, most of the people that go to see superhero movies don't read the comics or collected editions, and that's where the best stories are. Not these movies.

I just hope it flops hard, for what Gunn did to Henry 🫡

The new Superman movie is going to be terrible. Before the MCU started, superhero movies where rare, huge events. There was a high probability that it would be a great movie (Reeve Superman, Keaton Batman, Maguire Spiderman). Now it is the opposite. There is a 90% chance that it will be unwatchable political garbage. And even among the 10% that don't fall into that category, they are just watchable; not great.

Superman better be good!!! For starters Superman & Lois, a fantastic, well written and entertaining show had to end so that this Superman could replace it so it BETTER BE GOOD!!!
