Im confused. How are there 12 seasons of this? I checked playlists, i see seasons 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6, but then it just jumps straight to 11 & 12....what am i missing here?

I really enjoyed this video. I am Tlingit Indian from southeast Alaska. My family lives in Hoonah and Juneau. I currently live in Ohio. I still have many cousins and relatives that still live there my uncle's and my Dad would go hunting for Blacktail deer when they weren't fishing. This is a part of my heritage and I really enjoyed this video.

Good thing Evan didn’t make a bet that they wouldn’t get a deer. He’s a big fan of bets from what I’ve read. The way he ACTs and the BLUE hat doesn’t stick out too bad though.

The blacktail hunts always seem like the hardest and you may get nothing, but also the most rewarding. Great episode.

We drag the canoes behind the boat tied to a line. Can put some weight in them so they don’t tip over. Have even done two canoes on each side in moderate waves

When Steve just straight up boiled prawns I almost died 😂. Was I watching a survival show? Why such a bland preparation? Around here we sauté them in garlic butter then finish them with honey. The sweetness of the prawns pops.

One of my life's fitness goals it to be able to hike like Steve does. I wish Meateater would do an episode of Steve vs. Cal vs. Janis doing a full, overall health test on a treadmill with all of the necessary equipment like you see professional athletes do. That would be super interesting and a fun competition of sorts. The overall health of the modern mountain man.

I was was really looking forward to watching this. Till he said Evens name. I get this is about hunting so I have nothing negative for meat eater. Even on the other hand, the guy who would sell out the 2nd Amendment, I got nothing for. I won't be watching. Moving on to another. I bet Steve and Meat Eater were great as usual.
