🤔 It almost look similar to the new Toyota GR mr2 (almost). Just in a mini bat mobile conversion kit, but insanely, Insanely Faster!.

Zero to 60 in 1.4sec. That's over 2g of acceleration and is what one would experience when being launched off an aircraft carrier...
Now, if they can finally let off the speed limiter of 150mph, we can see how this vehicle really does in the quarter mile.
It achieved a sub 7sec in the quarter, but half that time was at the 150mph limiter. Without the limiter and, say, over 200mph max speed, the car should be able to do a sub 6sec quarter mile run.
Oh, and with that downforce ALL the time, this car is crazy fast around corners. I don't have lateral g-force numbers, but it must be crazy...corning like on rails.

from what i've seen its only had 2 rear motors making 1k BHP, they need a 4 WD/4 motor version with 2k B HP that goes like 250mph

Since a EV will never win Le Mans, the future is probably going to be no more Le Mans.

I love the car. Will buy one. However in regards to the USA plug, no motorbikes are safe on any road with the advent of texting. It was hard to avoid people not paying attention while driving before texting. Now it’s a bloody rampage….

Everything going Electric my question is because I care about the planet let's say Thirty the 50 years from now what is going to happen with all the batteries when someone gets into a crash and pulls the car and then it goes to a junkyard are those batteries going to be safe for the planet for them to be sitting outside and less your pull the battery out before you put it in the yard

When I grow up I want one of those I've seen this car on videos I only suggest one thing to make it perfect if you don't want to type of car like that why won't you put a passenger in it like your girlfriend or your wife are your best friend it's just a thought I also remember that there's no price tag on that just yet it's got to be in the Millions

I thought the "no load" speed on the motor in the gear ratio they chose was 150 mph, so you'd need a second gear or field weakening or higher voltage to go faster. I mean the motor is easily powerful enough to do it, but even in a quarter mile it reached the 150 mph in about 6 seconds.

with newest battery tech like teslas 4800 it would be even more lighter and can travel longer. Would like to own one of these but remade a little for road daily use.

i thought this was helicopter turbine power by the spooling sound.. what's the ground clearance? 5mm? that diffuser has to bottom out.. also if you race on a track that has someone run off and spit sand or oil on the track this car would vacuum up the track ans spit the debris into the crowd w those fans sucking that hard!

The Brabham BT46B famously was banned due to the use of a fan to aid in cooling and to generate loads of downforce. It's amazing how a little old tech ideas mixed with revolutionary new materials and power sources can create an unbelievable, (And trust me, at Goodwood the speed of this car was unreal), piece of art/machine/tech. I can't wait to see where McMurtry go in the future. If this is the future alternative to internal combustion engines, then sign me up immediately.

Why are EVs trying to look so stupid? All that’s different is the power plant, why make them not look normal? We have had RC cars since the 70s battery technology is not new by any means.
