But before these you can prepare real fast in seporate small pans fried onion, then fried potatoes. It takes only a few minutes.
You can cook sweet pepper in a small pieces too. Sweet potato ? - It also takes only 3-4 minutes to cook.
Zuchini ? Slice one and put in a pan with almost ready sweet pepper, it will be done in a 1 minute.
Perhaps there some few mushrooms , precook them too.
And now you can take real bigger pan and put all cooked ingredients in : fried potatoes, fried onion, pepper, mushrooms, zicchini and on the top all of that
you nicely arrange slices of fresh tomato, then just break three or four fresh eggs over these nice mass ( or use beaten eggs mixture) .
Cover with the lid, the stove is medium to low heat, and in a two minutes look. It can serve three or four plates at a time, serving use a big spatula.
If at home only you and husband, then next day you don't have to cook breakfast. Just warm it up.
What I described is American breakfast meal " Hungry man skillet ", and tastes real good. If you have cooked bacon or sausage add it in the dish, or put aside in a warm condition.
