With any other show, this would just be a funny coincidence. But this show in particular was unnaturally in tune with its fandom.
ОтветитьThere'd also a direct reference during the finale for Season 8, lightning and all.
ОтветитьWAIT…
ОтветитьWhich episode it is?
Ответитьi don't really hear it ngl
ОтветитьHang on, what was with that keyboard? Aint no J on keyboard notation??
ОтветитьMy little pony knows their audience very well...
ОтветитьMaybe my little pony made the song for rainbow dash sneaking in and people used the song for rainbow factory
ОтветитьDid you just add The Rainbow Factory instrumental Music Background to One of The Episode to make it a Coincidence?
ОтветитьI will admit make sense actually🤔
Ответитьtheres a "weather factory" in the mlp magic princess game
ОтветитьNo they didn't💀
ОтветитьI think it's a rainbow factory reference but I think that they just wanted to make a tribute to the creator of the song and to the fanbase in general, and not that it's actually canon... At least I hope so because this would ruin my childhood 🥲
ОтветитьRainbow Factory song: January 13, 2012
Tanks for the Memories episode: April 25, 2015
I dont know how long episodes are in production, and when the score would have been done, but that's plenty of time for the song to have blown up and been seen by the crew, and put in the episodes, surely.
Oh snap, it sounds similar alright.
ОтветитьWait a sec dose that make rainbow factory cannon ?
ОтветитьFun but mostly useless fact: The story was actually inspired by the song, as the song was made first.
ОтветитьPretty sure it's a reference to the sneaking spy theme
Ответитьit doesn't sound like it at all?
ОтветитьEveryone thought I was crazy but I said it sounded like rainbow factory the day the episode aired I’m glad now there is unavoidable evidence now.
Ответитьthat's lowkey haunting
Ответитьi can't believe this was right under our noses, I LOVE HOW THEY ADDED IT
ОтветитьEp name plz?
ОтветитьBy the Gods!!! Your right!!! You deserve something for this man!!! Fombs up👍
ОтветитьI KNEW THAT SOUNDED LIKE RAINBOW FACTORY
ОтветитьYall are reaching
ОтветитьI was always just thrown off enough to think its following the standard, spy movie infiltration beat. But, like with all things, even with how close all the beats would be together, this is the only time they used that beat for this instance so, it's likely.
ОтветитьThis is so cool, never noticed it before
ОтветитьThis is so cool, never noticed it before
Ответитьbruh i literally whatched it ep yesterday HOW DOES IT KNOW 😢
ОтветитьHow did that get in there?!😱
ОтветитьFaust: yeah its canon
HOWEVER it was shutdown long ago
The music that plays while Rainbow Dash tries to sabotage winter in the Cloudsdale factory is 6/8 time ((and) a reference to Mission Impossible) while Rainbow Factory is clearly 4/4 time. Also, which came first - Tanks for the Memories or Rainbow Factory?
ОтветитьI NEVER noticed this before… that’s both hilarious and horrifying. XD
ОтветитьThis and how the pegasi closed up the sky in the series finally in reference to Fallout Equestria. I wonder how many other references they made to fan works.
ОтветитьI'm disappointed in myself at not having noticed this
ОтветитьLOOOOL!!!
Ответитьmore or less
I said...
First Squidward and now Rainbow dash , i wonder how many references of creepypasta will appears in originals cartoons.
ОтветитьNaw im actually.. omg
ОтветитьI can just imagine the click in the composer's head when the writing staff told him to "make a background score for Rainbow Dash sneaking in the cloud factory"
ОтветитьConsidering Slice of Life was so full of fandom references, I think it's pretty clear they knew what they were doing
ОтветитьThat is kinda cool of it's an easter egg to the fandom, nobody seems to talka about it- but Screwball from daughter of discord, appeared in one of the episodes once.
ОтветитьI don’t think Lauren Faust would actually do that on purpose that type of music is more like suspicious and sneaky but yeah it’s cool how it seems to be a reference
ОтветитьI feel proud to actually getting this reference back in the day. I didn't achieve much in life, but this is actually something I feel free to be proud of XD
Ответитьwhile there are a LOT of references to the fanbase in the show, this feels like a bit of a stretch, simply due to the fact that the music sounds like regular old 'spy/ mission impossible' music. but you never know i guess
Ответитьooh the legendary stories and songs are referenced, nice
ОтветитьThey thought we wouldn't know
ОтветитьMLP:FIM was always SUPER connected with it's fanbase and constantly sprinkled in little references and downright made some fanmade things canon, so while this isn't super surprising it's still amazing!
