Yes, the Appalachian chain is the oldest mountain chain on the planet. Once higher than the Himalayas, they have been built up, torn down and repeated several times. Oldest rock is round there. Basement rock.
ОтветитьI would guess it has changed but I don’t know. While reading one of Jacques Valees’s books he mentions that about 1/10 cases are actually reported
ОтветитьKentucky is right nextdoor and it's the same there, except the stereotypes, meth, pills etc. there is no denying it like homey here. WV is definitely inundated with it all as well....
ОтветитьCool interview. I've heard about the power line thing before (even though it makes no sense).
ОтветитьExcellent broadcast 🎙️👽🛸Mystery Wire
ОтветитьThanks guys
ОтветитьWV, is such a Beautiful 💕place... I bet a lot of 👽live their... Especially when they ❤️Nature
ОтветитьAs a native West Virginian thank you Seth for this awesome doc
ОтветитьLove Small Town Monsters work! Great interview too!! 👍
ОтветитьSorry but the Blue Ridge Mountains in the Appalachians are # 9 in age at 1.2 billion yrs old and # 1 is Makhonjwa Mountains in the Barberton Greenstone Belt at 3.5 billion yrs.
ОтветитьSomething else strange about WV, Canaan Valley has a climate like tundra. Other than the actual tundra, Canaan (sounds like cah-nane) Valley is the only other place on Earth with climate like that.
EDIT: forgot to mention, Canaan Valley has a lot of flora that only grows in tundra. It's a strange, beautiful place.
Thank you George! I love your new channel

ОтветитьGreat interview, appreciate Mr. Knapp always bringing new and interesting stories and topics to everyone's attention. Ordering movie now off of Amazon and can't wait to watch.
ОтветитьInteresting that he mentions the mines.
I‘m from Germany and I‘ve heard stories from miners that they noticed light orbs appearing and disappearing in the mines of the Harz region.
"They tend to be thoughtful, intelligent people." Man makes potential interstellar contact and his first instinct is to shoot it.
ОтветитьThe Ozark’s are older then the Appalachia
ОтветитьMystery Wire should have at least 2 million subscribers come on people this is George F"N Knapp!!!!!! Punch that subscribe button!!
ОтветитьI hate down thumbers, they are sad people with no lives.
ОтветитьKeel was mentioned. His summary of paranormal existence: They won't play by our rules and won't tell us theirs--so relax and enjoy the show with respect, humor and distance, for we are not meant to know.
Ответитьlove this channel . the upto date stuff and the older stuff we get here is all great content
ОтветитьMy moms Grandmas brother owned the coal mines.
ОтветитьI love the story's on Cryptids, Sasquatch and UFO sightings. I have been telling my family's story on my channel if anyone is interested. It's pretty rough but this is my first time ever on social media. Love Gorge Knapp he is the best reporter in this field. I remember when I was 9 years old when he did the Bob Lazar video in 1989.
ОтветитьMothman?
