If only the world would look through the eyes of innocent children, there would be no more war. I weep for the children of today and hope for the children of tomorrow.

That was tough to watch! It's sad when future generations are limited because of inherited hatred that arose from a conflict no one really remembers anymore. Ending a war is extremely difficult, but ending a war started several generations ago is practically impossible. Hope still lives in some hearts on both sides of the wall, and in the rest of the world, so maybe one day.🙏🏼❤️

Heartbreaking story. Two children from separate worlds/nations, becoming friends, but the people from both sides are at war with each other from the looks of it. And yet these two boys from opposite sides become friends and they turn out to know better than their own people. But the ending was saddening. The hole in the wall was their only way of communication or their only way of seeing and hearing one another.

Thanks. It reminds me of Haifa, the 2nd Lebanon War. We experienced it with 2 toddlers. We had where to run. In the news they reported on the Arabs of Haifa, not all of them had shelter underground. A mother leaned over her children on the ground, caught a fragment of a Hezbollah missile and was killed, her children were saved. I remember when I heard it on the news I burst into tears and said, what a heroic mother. The booms of the missiles and sirens in the film brought me back there, as if it happened yesterday.

This is just sad (I’m an Israeli) 😢😢😢
