I do 3 leg days 2upper body but I do add trying to get a flat stomach with them do you workout abbs

This is really so detailed, thank you. I'm also quad heavy but struggle with gaining muscle too quickly on my upper body or losing girth on my lower body when I am in a deficit. Its tricky😂.
