After watching a few UK episodes, i think this is the energy everyone needs right now. Gordon should do a 20 year anniversary special where he goes around the uk again with his encouraging calm dad energy

this episode is a reminder that restaurant is also a business and that chef ramsay is also a great businessman at core with commercial and communication instinct. i mean there even was a barrier language in that one.(when trying to make people understand subtilities not having a full language capacity gets in the way) . and i think it was smart to make a cosy restaurant without the scary experimental dishes and since they can afford it the one place for this rabbit hole that is molecular food etc.

The range of Gordon Ramsay is immaculate. The way he knows how to relate to people... OF ALL status in life, gender, the range of ego, shyness, level of palette, everything.. And how to deal with them. Amazing.

Those women at the end, when they had that final service are absolutely beautiful. I don't know if it's just me and my obsession with Scottish and Irish females but I would marry two of them for sure.

I've never tried Scottish food, but Haggis scares me

so basicly what ive learned about the english isles is that everyone says english people are clean and fancy but they are in reality not while everyone says the Scottish are gross and ugly but in reality they are normal and the Irish everyone says they are gross and ugly but in reality they are still actually gross and ugly and then the welsh are weirdos.

i love that gordon is just generally a down to earth guy. him talking about his restaurant failing was really interesting because one of the things i like most about him is that he's never held back by his failures and stresses that the failures (and "bad days") are important learning experiences.

This is like buying the best mattress available and putting 5 inches of foam and a comforter on top to sleep on. But, the boss has the right plan if 1 fails build more until 2 succeeds...

I take 2 hours to eat one meal at times none like to eat with me because of how slow I eat at times.

I think they actually had the correct people and talent the only thing that was wrong was the location of the restaurant. It needs to be in like a Hollywood were there are millionairs.

This episode is pretty unique. No bad food to improve, no lazy staff, no hygiene issues. Just sharpening up the business model itself to suit the area better. I love the bartender refusing to ruin the scotch even though a famous person asked him to.

I really like that this ended really well for Loic and that some of the people working for him here are now working at his own Michelin star restaurant in France. Quite possibly the best success story from Kitchen Nightmares

i LOVE how the chefs were completely excited about wearing kilts, so many men especially here in America 1000% would never wear one, as it’s seen as a skirt and feminine. I LOVE that they didn’t give a shit and loved wearing them because it’s part of the culture they are serving. Being super open to the local culture was awesome ❤
