My hair is slightly longer than hers, same texture, and I've been natural for quite some time. I think although the spray was a bit much, it turned out gorgeous!! I don't use hairspray on my hair unless I'm using heat on it, and wearing it down. But I get the concept for this style. Very, very beautiful.
