Introduction to Skin Anatomy and Physiology

Hello doctor, I have folkulitis on my skin. I am 21 years old. I have been suffering from this disease for 2 years. What is the reason for this disease? I have changed 6 doctors, please guide me. I have an inflammatory swelling of 4 cm on my scalp. Surgery was performed, but it still did not go away. Besides my illness, how can I get rid of this swelling?
