I'm trying to get my SARS clearance certificate

I went to CIPC I was told that my company has been deregistered. All of a sudden after almost 8 years I am told by SARS that I haven't filed I must do that otherwise they will send me summons. I am confused I got know what step should I take.

Sadly, you have overlooked a voluntary association of persons such as a small Home Owners Association that is formed at common law, and whose governance is controlled by a founding document or constitution. These are not Non Profit or Sect. 21 Companies (NPC's) which would otherwise need to be registered with the CIPC (the CIPC would allocate them a tax number). Typically they are Public Benefit Organisations (PBO's) which would need to apply for tax exempt status. My experience, thus far, is that SARS does not adequately cater for such entities. For example, with something as simple as making a booking for a walk-in appointment. The online form calls for a company number and when one quotes the Community Schemes Ombud Service (CSOS) registration number, it rejects the booking because it does not recognise the number (yet this was the number that the service agent originally required). It also prohibits one from registering the HOA online. Ironically one has to jump through so many SARS hoops yet a small HOA will never find itself in a tax paying position. Aggravating this is a very slow SARS turnaround with each step of the process. I have also found the eFiling system to be difficult to navigate.

Hi, I've been trying to make my income tax returns to SARS on efiling but it won't allow or there's no option for it. I've opened a company portfolio but I still can't file my income returns. Now, what makes me mad is that SARS is labelling me as non compliant but all this time I've been trying to file my returns but I couldn't, what should I do now?
