I remember, when I was visiting CoGH few years ago, I thought cross the Cape just part of daily routine for seafarers. Now It has been completely changed :-) I've never seen you so excited since the series started. You are a good man; I wish you and for the entire crew of the Maersk Chilka Happy New Year and safe journeys in 2024.

The vessel's name caught my attention. "Maersk Chilka". I am from Odisha and we have a lake called the "Chilika Lake" which is the largest brackish water lagoon in Asia and second largest coastal lagoon in the world. Not sure if your vessel's name has some thing to do with it. But it sounds fascinating to me.

I am from South Africa I used to live along the coast, you could always see ships like yours along the horizon, big shipping lane. The ocean here is filled with everything you can think of, great for scuba diving! I never got to see a whale though apart from at Cape Town. Most interesting fish along here has to be flying fish though
