This always gets me to fall asleep i can never make it past the breathing exersises, i have had a lot of trouble sleeping so this is perfect

Had forgotten that i started this before going to bed, woke up and heard someone breathing next to me, panicked cause i thought someone had broken in my apartment, but remember quickly that it was just Emma.. xD

Emma put me right to sleep, but a couple of hours later the heavy breathing woke me and frightened me half to death! Seriously!

You could have a whole channel of just the sleep clinic and appointments

I’ve had a sleep study done I wish it was like this I was covered head to toe in wires and that watch you through a camera on the ceiling

I went to her clinic one night, and my sleep was so messed up, she sent me over to a Tunug Clinic, where they use Tunugs on you. They did their consultation, and a few weeks later, I had an appointment at the Tunug clinic, which laster the whole night. Their treatment? USING A TUNUG ON ME EVERY HOUR!!! I screamed so loudly when they used the Tunug on me. But it worked! Now I sleep all night long, and I dream of Tunugs, and air mattresses all night!

I have trouble sleeping and I started listening to ASMRs at night. I found this one and I fall asleep every night to it. It’s soothing to hear her talk and and the breathing makes me think I’m not alone. Thank you Emma. You may never know how calm my soul is from this video. I feel awful to lay alone at night.

I love these long videos I honestly need them to work through my insomnia mostly and actually get some sleep sometimes I need this the whole night just so get some good rest and I think that’s awesome that these asmrists take the time to make them this long and post them even they’re so great! I appreciate the effort also like everyone mentioned no ads! Thank God we need more of these! *Edit: So I didnt really notice because it was my first time seeing this but I dont quite like the idea of nothing for hours no noise no asmr basically I think I will look for other long videos cause this was just not it for me at all.
