I tried this recipe and the sauce was okayy not for my Indian taste buds but the mushroom potato was so tasteless and I didn't like it at all. Luckily I only made little amount of mushroom potatoes and made tikki's incase I didn't like it 😅😂

im not liking the filter part that we do after the potatoes are boiled. Y is it required? Im hardly getting any potatoe after the filtering and crushing

Okay quick review,
I made these today.
And I'd rate these 7/10.
Sause was yummy af, but the starch part just was too bland.

Tip:
Add some spices to your starch and potatoe mix or just salt so it wont be bland.

Tip 2:
The sauce is the major role player here so make these as little and as flat as posisble for the taste to enhance.

I added oregano herbs and chicken powdet too at the end and the sauce was chefs kiss

These are not Too chewy.
Just perfect ac to texture.
But dont make it too big or else what you'll be eating is straight up boiled starch.

The Sauce is delicious!!!! 🤤 But the Potato tasted more like Corn Flavour and Less like Potato! My brother was the only one who liked it.

Mainay banaye thay and being honest it was hust fune like it could have been better if it was fried maybe idk it was just too gooey and if you try so make sure to know that your potatoe patties will be very soft in water and it is fine because when it will dry it be hard and like a noodle overall not bad 😊
