Thanks, Scottie. It's really helpful having the basic shapes shown on the reference. Your descriptions as you sketch are a great window into all the comparisons an artist makes as they work. Good for drawing with any tool. You're really teaching here - much appreciated.

The tutorial was cool to get an idea about what shapes to look at while sketching. But I think that it would've been more helpful if you would have talked about how to hold the brush pen to get those different sort of lines. I still have as much knowledge about brush pens as before I watched the tutorial

Do you need to squeeze the pen or ink is automatic? I just bought it and its getting dry if i don't squeeze it
