final scene between Aziraphale and Crowley (for now) - good omens season 2

I'm sure that they love Earth, no because the food or cars, but for have each other with them. Unfortunately, they don't know that yet (specially, Azi) I do need Season 3 now!!!

I have a love hate relationship with Neil Gaiman. Because he made Good Omens but he also made Good Omens

When this happened there was an entire colony of people relocating into Neil Gaimans walls. I’m sure he probably awoke the following morning to an entourage of cars, boats and planes dropping people off and each of them entering a hole in his walls like tiny mice. The vision is utterly hilarious.

note how Crowley puts ON his shades. they've always been armor. whenever he feels disconcerted, and needs to put emotional distance between him and something, it puts on his shades. that's why Hastur taking them off in the first season was such a violation. but he voluntarily takes OFF his shades in the bookshop. this is someplace he feels safe. no longer

What if all the things Azi is saying like "I forgive you!" and "Nothing lasts forever!" is his way of pushing Crowley away. Azi has a plan to take down heaven and he needs Crowley to be far away from him so he doesn't get hurt but the repercussions. Maybe Azi knowns it a one way trip and he is sacrificing himself and protecting Crowley like Crowley has protected him for 6,000 years. Something in Sheens micro expressions that does suggest something like he is kind of hating what he is saying.

Aziraphel y Crowley, son dos personajes maravillosos y representan muchas cosas, Terry y Neil sin duda son dos genios al crear estos ángeles. En el libro me parecieron hermosos, graciosos, tiernos y llenos de filosofía, pero Michael y David con sus actuaciones en esta serie los llevan a otro plano, muy superior.
David está maravilloso durante toda la serie, pero su confeción de amor es lo más romántico que vi.
Se me hace un nudo en la garganta y el pecho, sufro y no dejo de ver esta escena una y mil veces, disfruto la actuación y sufro otra vez. 😢 Me siento enamorada de esta pareja❤

David tennant is such a good actor wth

It's embarrassing. Throughout the entire second season not ONE heterosexual couple (human) appeared. And at the end they still made them gay. The angels may not have gender as such, but they are played by actors who do. Sandman was already a gay parade in itself, but here they could have spared that. This is getting worse, soon 95% of humanity will be represented by 5% of the cast.

I KNOW that I'm going to get some push back for this, but as a "storyteller", I do NOT believe that their romance was earned. There was not enough set-up. Don't misundstand. They were shown to have a VERY strong bond but there was nothing that was suggested that it was anything more than platonic. They had a bond similar to Riggs and Murtaugh. I'm not looking forward to more, if they decide to go with the romance storyline.

Feel different? I have seen both seasons. I have season 1 on DVD. Point to an example of Crowley flirting. Or of saying something with a double-meaning. Or ANY solid example of Crowley being interested in a romantic relationship.

The worst part of this was the kiss got spoiled for me because I was late to the party on Good Omens. I knew from second one of season 1 that this would happen. I didn't know how or when though. I was dying to see it the whole show because the chemistry was off the charts. Then I got to this scene, and how it happened shattered my heart into a million little pieces... 💔
