Thank you! This solved my issue after updating to the latest Samsung firmware causing the phone to lag badly. Now it's buttery smooth again after wiping out the cache. I couldn't find my USB-C earphones so I tried it with a USB-C Multiport Adapter, and it works!

I can't get into the recovery menu no matter how many times I hold the power up and Bixby button. It just powers up like normal.

So apparently on the latest android you have to do this while the phones plugged into a computer which is no good for me because the whole reason I want to clear the cache partition is because I have the moisture damage water droplet logo . Which means I cannot use my USB port 😮‍💨
