Just done with season 3. Disappointed that its become a bit virtue signally like other woke shows right now. What's broken it for me is the cringey forced "romance" between human and electronic appliance; just get back with space adventure for pities sake. I won't watch again until they get off the woke train.

At the begining, I didnt liked this tv show, because the first episodes were to much parodic, but I have to say, that now I really love this show. Its absolutly wondurfull, I am very happy to know that there will be more episode!

The first show, which get better and better with every season! Season 3 is sick!!! Hope Isac get feelings (please don't spoiler) haha and I hope Gordon still lives with his family in a parallel universe. Or something like that. Or they travel back, to stip themselves rescueing him. Even it that means, that this role wouldn't be there anymore 😢

In a way as EXCELLENT as Star Trek Orginal series with the Captain James T Kirk and the USS Enterprise.
In the middle of these 2 eras, it was really not good at all ( Picard, Next Generation .etc.. including the very boring Star Trek: Discovery which has nothing to do with the real world of Star Trek )
Only "Strange New Worlds" raises the level a bit.

Please make a fourth season! The budget doesn't even have to be that huge I think. You could probably reduce the amount of CG. I'm more into the episodes with a good story than the ones that are heavy on CG spacebattles anyway. Give me more ethical conflict and morality stories. Much more intellectually exciting I think. But for goodness sake make that fourth season! And make it available worldwide please, not everyone lives in the USA.. 😜

I'm watching reruns on Hulu in a superstitious effort to influence Orville's metrics ... hoping Hulu will go ahead with a fourth season.

At first I didn't like Orville, but then my mom told me that the show was about love. She said it wasn't just about romantic love but also about having love for others in the general sense. After that I decided I liked Orville.

Guess it's great that there's big budgeted Star Trek fanfic out there. If those guys threatened to sue, just claim its a "parody." Yeah.

Sadly, I doubt there will be a fourth. It feels like the show got lost. The first season was great. The second season was awful as it was almost solely about the crew's love lives. The third season was better but confirmed its departure from a sci-fi comedy to a rom-com set in space. Sort of like "New Girl" on a spaceship with less jokes. I love comedy, I love Seth and his humor, I love sci-fi and Star Trek but I hate romance and rom-com. It feels like bait and switch. The disappointment is real.

Renew the show for Season 4!

The Orville is the best sci fi show in two decades. Please don't cancel it.

This season was a chore to get through. Why is an annoying ensign involved in higher officer decisions. Imagine Wesley Crusher sitting in with Picard and some ambassador. Bortis story line was about the only interesting parts

Season 1 trailer: 3 million views in 5 years. Season 3 trailer: 7 million views in 4 months. If these numbers are anything to go by, things are definitely looking up for this show.

I have to say, that they seem to be increasingly saying “Jesus Christ “ and God, in inappropriate ways.
Claiming to be honorable when using language this way is NOT honorable.

It's too bad it looks very bleak for a season 4. I watched the entire season 3, and must say I was disappointed by the rehashing of past story lines that could have been left to rest in place of new and original fun and adventures. So far I have heard the cast was released from any contracts over a year ago after filming ended. There hasn't been any motion in the way of even rumor it will be coming back. There has been several cast members who have moved on to new projects which gives the hint the last episode....was the last episode.
