That is so true! Oh my goodness I was doing a gratitude meditation this morning and at the beginning it hit me so hard that I cried and then just moments later I became tired of hearing it and felt like I needed to get up! I said no thank you I’m good right here. Then I brought myself back to the meditation. I am in charge! Lol I’m grateful I know of you Dr. Joe Dispenza 🙏

ОтветитьWhy I can’t stop thoughts even when I work out and any thought come into my mind while I do a high speed or heavy weight all negative thoughts come then I gave up..anyone can explain?

ОтветитьWhen I got healed from fibromyalgia and high on Gods presence, traffic literally parts for me! I only have easy n fun experiences in traffic! When I ride with someone else and they get to complaining, I watch it constantly get worse! The complaining is like telling the cars what to do!!
Just Say what you want to happen instead!!
I took full control of my awareness in a meditation recently and the benefits of doing this do last for quite a while

ОтветитьI used to meditate at 3.30 am for some period. Within a month an unexpected situation happened. It's a miracle. For the last couple of months I couldn't wake up early so I did manifest at 8 am. Nothing happened. My thoughts were roaming here and there. Then I switched back to the 3.30 am routine. Believe me... I am experiencing wonderful things.

ОтветитьIsn’t it that “so called Christians” try to debunk meditation as witchcraft or something. Same as saying psychics that read from cards or imagery. God created all these skills within humans to move closer to truth. I feel it’s the ones who sin the most who don’t want to learn practices that have been around for centuries because they fear being exposed.

ОтветитьAwareness is the starting point of almost all growth. It's not a great feeling becoming aware of things you find problematic and want to fix, but don't let those realisations bring you down too much because they're the first step on your journey of fixing those problems and becoming who you want to be.
