Maybe what they are showing us is just the very tippy tip tip of the iceberg on what they really have. So what we may be looking at here is a clip from the company who is ready to test or develop this equipment but needed vide material in order to brief the commander about the product. So then when they wanted material for it, it may not have been the applicable video for it, but was good enough in order to brief the commander, contract middleman, people at the Pentagon or whatever. so this video is made and then archived to be used for whatever else in the future. Also consider that the guy in question was standing in the area that the unit may not have been fully effective based on his position and anatomical make up. That may not be true and actually looks like from my vantage point not to be the case, but we have to consider it.

There are many reasons why they would put this information out to the general public. It’s not necessarily weird to me. It’s weird to you because you don’t understand it. OK, go to 14 minutes in 38 seconds. That could be a key right there. They’re saying the beam is unpredictable. What does that tell you when it comes to liability and testing. Understand how counter intelligence or counter information Operations works. Let’s say you want to know if another country has developed this technology, or has developed it and moved further with it, or you know that has it, but it’s not sure if they’re using the same in industrial technology, or it’s an information seeking operation to find out find out where into what level things are at.
