Holy shit that glider mantle tip is a huge game changer especially with the Safi Siege because you always want to mount to bring him down and have a moment to attack the head tail which is hard to hit because it's constantly moving

i would rather just grind n the real world & spend a bill to get one good high tier armour & weap set...than to rely on others to grind monsters for me inorder to eventually get good gear...by doin that...just seems like ur not pullin ur weight...when u have crappy gear goin n2 MR...every player got stronger off other players...then when they get OP...they 4get how they got there...

get on a Raider Ride with WR5 , FM3 , SE3 and get near the mons and other 3 Players, STAY ON the Ride and do Constant Free Max support for other 3 hunters as long as mounted on ride you're invincible , .....Amateurs !! bring Miasma 3 for Vall

if you use slinger 5 you'll still have amo left after a wall bang EX 45 stones , 20 left after wall bang, all others you have 1-2 left depending on amo

You forgot to include how to change your map rank a lot of people still don't know how to do this.

Step 1: Go to your world map (the default for the world map is MR).

Step 2: Look at the top of your map it should have the ranks and a button to switch between them on my Xbox One it's the left and right triggers (Changing the rank does not affect Seliana, Asters, or the Research Base only the hunting areas).

Step 3: If you're in the wildlife map abd look under the name of the area you are in and it should tell you what rank you are using.

This will allow you to get LR and HR rank investigations, monster materials, and resources. The only thing it doesn't affect is the research bounties.

This is going to make me look like an absolute idiot but how do you mount the monster using your slinger I see people aim thier slinger at the monster then mount it

I know this is super late but I unfortunately found this out late game. The heartbeat sensor basically does the same as the yellow/red eye or skull you’ll see on the map. If the heart beat is flashing blue and yellow, it’s enraged, and when it’s almost flat, they’re dying. I tend to read the heartbeat more since it’s easier for me to see.

Made it pretty far into Iceborne without using the yeet cause it just seemed like such a bother and the quest that teaches you about it was too confusing for me. It's not necessary but once you get the hang of it like I eventually did, it makes cutting tails on fast enemies so much easier.

I'm three quests away from completing iceborne and I just figured out how to wall bang yesterday.

Love how I'm super late to the game yet I kinda figured all this out by playing and watching other hunters work.

I dont think anyone will answer this but... Sometimes i clutch claw a monster and i slap all my beans on to its face and it just sits there.... It doesn't even move. Why does this happen and how can i try to not get this to happen

Another good item tip: Trade in your unneeded Steam Tickets from the Steamworks + other unneeded items for Mega Demondrugs/Mega Armorskins and ATK/DEF Powders at the Elder Melder. Great way to complement your Botanical Research Center material/item cultivation.

Save other hunters biggest thing (if ur in a team hunt) flash monsters, flinch shot, dust of life when ppl r dieing this is the best way to get decos (if ppl die less rewards for everyone)

Tip: you can blind a monster using brightmoss to make them wildly less accurate

Hey, here's a cool little tip I've discovered recently: You can give the monster a direction while you're doing the wallbang thing, and I don't mean the slapping animation, you'll have 2 small seconds, just when you're shooting him in the face, move the left stick to your right or left and the monster will follow that direction.

Another tip: If a monster isnt near a wall. Shoot the monster toward another teammate near a wall and your teammate could latch on and finish the job before the monster could react. Its kinda hard to pull off due to the monster getting pissed off at failed attempts to do this. But its an option. And looks fuckin awesome when you pull it off.

Tip: Slinger Bombs can be mixed into your attack combos for major damage. instead of shooting them normally. Use "slinger burst". The only downside is, You'd have to be very close to the monster😬

It works with other slinger ammo.
But only half the weapons have this feature.

Haven't finished the video yet, but "Clutch Claw Yeet" is priceless and I will be saying that from now on.
