hey good video, I have a question about how you approach the training program. Are you using mesocycles and Do you ask the client how strong they are on each exercise and then create the program based on that (weights/reps) and then at the end of the week you adjust the program based on their strength/lifts? what type of program do you recommend for just people who are trying to build muscle/lose fat get a bit stronger

Great content! Exactly what I was wondering about about online personal training. I'm an athlete as well who travelled and needed money too lol. Just got my certification and was thinking of working at a big box gym for a while so I can get paid to learn sales and other misc skills as well as fine tuning my personal trainer skills them transfer myself to online clients gradually. Could you possibly point me in the right direction to get started? Would love to hear more about the business side of things and how you actually took off (:
