Celts.Druids who are you kidding, looks like a dance from india, but good try. they were probably hoping around with mud on their feet, let's be honest.

I can't see anything remotely "Celtic" about this, and I've taken a close interest in Welsh, Scots, Irish and Breton vernacular culture for the last 40 years.
