ОтветитьI have a couple of questions please; I am a beginner and I will start counting backwards from 100 - 1 then progress to 50 -1 until 10 - 1, can I start visualizing after counting or during counting? When is a good time to start visualizing? Lastly, what's next after reaching 10 - 1 for 10 days?

ОтветитьI started over.. it's not working for me. I do relax some but I can't keep my eyes closed and my mind wonders the entire time. But I really don't like that noise in the background around an hour in... that had to be the most uncomfortable sound I've ever heard besides white noise.
