First. Hey buddy been a while.
Ответитьand this is why partsbikes are getting scarse and everyone is whining stuff get expensive and hard to come by, no hater tho i do it myself tjing tjing
😃
Nice how to. I see a lot of people parting out dirt bikes and guns. Got a friend that sells nothing but clothing and shoes on ebay and makes a killing. There is money to be had, that's for sure. Have you tried Facebook marketplace yet. No fees there.
ОтветитьStopped selling on eBay after they wanted my social and bank account, I do miss it a bit, one of the best ways to get your stuff Infront of alot of buyers but I wasn't even selling for a profit just have a bunch of stuff I don't need anymore ohwell lol
ОтветитьSure there's bucks to be made if its a legit buyer on the other end. Wish you luck with the rest of the engine parts for sale. Best wishes.
Ответитьyep im 15 been doing this for about a year. started on moto 4 225, 200 parts. Now im selling tri moto 175 parts. doing good and making a lot of profit.
Ответитьdont forget about the final value fees.. about 10% of so. You will make money though for sure with this engine part out! Honda fours are very collectable right now
ОтветитьGreat thing, GG!.. And cleaning the stuff up is for sure a win.! I do have a roll of cheap white drawing paper at the end of my bench, and LY out as cover for the greasy bench-top when taking pictures of my parts,.. Then you've got another advantage in selling the parts.. Great to see your video on this, and actually how you easily make your income in the future... 👍
ОтветитьAppreciate that your trying to sell parts as complete as possible . Liked, the starter , it includes a connector and mounting bolts . That makes a difference when trying to assemble a project . That’s a good sales point and will gain positive reviews fast . I’ve blights parts that were shipped fresh from being disassembled and sometimes filthy . You at least try to accommodate . Helps to,show the condition in a better light as a cleaner part as well . When someone sees all the parts in your on line store , they’ll sell faster to so,Rome who needs multiple parts . A project goes faster for them and your sales ought to go fast too . Best of luck . Make that money ! 👍
ОтветитьI've been meaning to do this. I have so many old parts just laying around that I'm sure someone could use!
ОтветитьBravo 👏
ОтветитьI did Ebay back in 2004 selling Antique and collectables and tins. We did good for a year. The problem was the fees and all the personal bank statements and Social security number. Tax bs...I do buy on ebay still for my vintage dirt bike parts tho. I use to do Amazon, until the hackers were trying to hack my account a couple times. Had to delete my bank numbers and stopped using Amazon...A dirty shame...They have ruined many small business people...I think times are changing and people are buying online again...
ОтветитьVery informative video dear, keep it up!
ОтветитьAwesome video thanks
Ответитьgive super clean degreaser a try its cheap at walmart the best imo
ОтветитьDunno about you but I always use gloves when using carb cleaner, just save yourself some exposure. I'll send you a box if you want.
ОтветитьSeems like the better money is in tanks, carbs, seats, chrome parts, etc rather than motor parts at least from my experience on a few vinage bikes.
ОтветитьI have fell into the trap of being a eBay slave selling used car parts we did so well in the beginning we focused on eBay sales to much and then things got scary when they shut us down because someone messaged us asking for our address to vue the part they didn't even turn up and we sold the part through a different platform so we ended the listing on eBay and we where accused of dealing outside of eBay 💣💥that isn't all people that know how to play the game never pay for anything on eBay tick the write box send anything even a f you letter back for free and you will get all your money back leaving the seller to pay the bill
Ответитьastounding content GoldGuy. I crushed that thumbs up on your video. Maintain up the wonderful work.
Ответитьit was good to sell on eBay when they charged less fees, now its the seller who is working and eBay eats all the money the seller could have made by selling things...no profits anymore
ОтветитьWhere do you source your bikes from?
ОтветитьI only let people advertise, I don't sell them. List your motorcycle parts for free at missulu. No cookies, easy and free to use! We're just getting started, check it out. Test drive - username: john or jane and password: doe. Best of luck to all!
ОтветитьI sell lots snowmobile, and motorcycle parts on ebay, its great little side hustle because everyone needs parts. Ive sold at least 5 complete engines over the years, and Ive broken down complete perfectly running engines and sold them in pieces. Selling complete engines is more of a hassle, and more to worry about it because you dont know if the buyer installed the engine correctly. Biggest fear is selling a complete engine and having it blow up a few rides in.
Ответитьebay takes 13 percent of the total. plus like a 30 cent listing fee of every sell. so if you are paying shipping they still take 13 percent on the gross not the net just a heads up. i have an ebay store and they make it very hard to see whats going on with what you sell. they give you info but its setup up to be vague misleading and unclear lol. good luck!
ОтветитьNice video. Enjoyed watching. Like the aluminum foil idea. I used to sell on eBay and really enjoyed it but now it seems all the profits go to eBay and never understood how to ship cheap. I know a lot of parts are shipped media mail. Which isn’t right. Seems that many buyers nowadays are hard to please even when you are specific and good pics from all angles. I found a lot of money loss from eBay pulling funds and I didn’t get parts back. I wish there was a motorcycle/atv parts locator website designed specifically for this only and reasonable fees where both buyer and seller do well to use.
ОтветитьDude thanks for spending time making the video but that's not the way you clean pistons; see the problem with cleaning with an agressive metal brush is yes, you brush away the carbon deposits but you also brush away the aluminium of the pistons thus damaging them as you interfer with the weight, and scratch the crown. The best way is to use ultrasonic cleaning.
ОтветитьHow do you ship the parts do you pay a flat rate or who do you ship with
ОтветитьDan is a real one ☝️
ОтветитьNow that’s a real genuine commercial 😂
Ответитьhi, I like what you do, I have an important question, what type of license do you need to run your business?
please give more details on how to get a license to run this type of business to meet the local requirements and recycling issues
I was buying used parts and some were junk and defective
Make sure you check the reviews and put your own review in on every purchase so we can get rid of the cons
I feel like the gears for the Transmission and stuff like that should be individually bubble wrapped then put in the bag cause if I got a bag with all the gears hitting each other I'd be pist just throwing a tip out there
Ответить1. I dont understand how you can offer free shipping on a $34 part?
2. I sent a toy to my grandson for Christmas and the shipping cost more than $34!
3. How do you know how much shipping is gonna be without going to the Post Office?
4. What happens if the part sells, then it costs more than $34 to ship it?
Wd-40 and let it soak in a few minutes cleans the carbon off much easier.
ОтветитьDitchit app has completely changed the way I shop—no more eBay issues! 👏
