I tried red onion skins on linen other day and were reddish, but dip in Fe water (old med for anemia) turned it dusty purple!. Alum turned it more yellow. What will you make with your pieces of fabric, scarves or clothes or quilt...?

ОтветитьNice ❤️❤️
ОтветитьDo you ever do a vinegar rinse before washing?
ОтветитьI would have loved to see how the fabrics look dry and ironed after washing. I guess I'll try it out myself anyway lol🤷♀️😆

ОтветитьYou shouldn't turn off the sound during videos, because it feels weird, I've gotten a panic attack when the sound went off. I'm serious. 😊 Otherwise cool video!
ОтветитьHow you pre treat the cloth ? Can you please share the process?
ОтветитьDo you also have a video on mordents? What do you use for pre treating fabric? Thanks a bunch - beautiful pieces ❤
ОтветитьI appreciate how thorough you were and that you showed different techniques. I’ve watched many videos and read a few articles and you didn’t leave out steps… thank you!
ОтветитьHello, did you put anything in the bath to help with the dying process or did you treat the material before? I know that in dying yarn you have to when using anything natural dying or other.

ОтветитьThank you so much for this! I can't wait til this summer.
