It is such a gift to have you as a reliable source for where to get a workout that will challenge you without tainting the extraordinary effort some people have to put in just to search for a way to stay faithful to the goal and desire to exercise. having something I know will be hard but attainable, no jumping - which is the worst part/ barrier wall to exercise.
