Can’t find anyone to tell me what kind of camera to use . I’m using my TV for a monitor I wanna Watch a room 24 seven , no sound just a picture and a cheap throw a camera to get the job done.

I have recently learned that I can use my smart phone as an external monitor ... and yes. it would be a much better option .. especially that you dont need to spend much on getting it to work... maybe about 10 bucks for a cable (if you dont have one) and an OTG adapter.

I have a feelworld F5 Pro monitor.
When I plug in my field monitor, I can't change my cameras settings without turning off the monitor.

My A99's monitor can be flipped up to be used for selfies which is so useful compared to the more restrictive screen on my newer A7III.

I also wish ot would be easier to ise your phone to get a quick low latency display as that's essentially a free high res monitor that you always have on you in your pocket.

When sort of leads comes with the monitor, HDMI, AV etc to plug into the camera??

Thanks for the review, this monitor would save me a few dollars. Can you also do a video on hacking a DSLR on how to attach a monitor and a shotgun mic. Most DSLR’s only have room for one or the other. Is there a hack for this situation. Thank in advance.

Does it have HDMI pass through?I'd like to get a monitor for my GH3 that I use for Zoom meetings. Because the HDMI cable covers the flip out monitor in the camera.

Yeah if you have a Canon 5D Mark 2 or Mark 3 it would be great to just have a "flip out screen" for focus, exposure.

so i have a feelworld 4k monitor 5'7 and i cant get the sound to come out , i have the volume all the way up and nothing comes out of the speaker grills . do i need to change a setting on my camera or what ? please help if you can or anyone
