Carlo Ancelotti just won a UCL and LaLiga with it
Ответить4-4-2 really needs strong or box to box midfielder who can cover the entire midfield,,,2 forwards can be so dangerous goal machines and efective
ОтветитьEnglish 4-4-2 was never a 4-4-2, its a 4-2-4. Brazilian 4-4-2 it is the truly one with a square in the middle
Ответить4-4-2 is making a comeback because of the the teams building from the back
Ответитьfootball nowadays is just midfielder's game
ОтветитьEvery advanced formation is based off either 4-4-2 or 4-3-3
ОтветитьFormations need to be redefined to 2 categories defensive formation and attack formation.
ОтветитьI love a sweeper!
ОтветитьArgentina won the world cup with 4-4-2
ОтветитьThis is very interesting. Nearly every youth team in Portugal uses a 4-3-3
Ответить3-5-2 is the best formation imo
ОтветитьNobodies talking about the dominant 4-2-4🗿
Ответить3 4 3 is great if you trust your defense
ОтветитьWhat does AP stand for?
ОтветитьWinger tuck in one of the strikers go out wide. Simple
ОтветитьBring 442 hoofball back
ОтветитьWell, my team is playing 4-4-2 now.... soo
ОтветитьArgentina won the World Cup in Qatar with a 442 as well right?
ОтветитьHow about 4-1-3-2 ? 🤷🏻
ОтветитьAnd other problems : 2 st' is two much
Bit it's the beat formation for defending
And it need players that u can't find easily any more . Like ancellottis ac milan and fergusens man united and wengers arsenal .
Lille won ligue 1 with it too !!
ОтветитьAll manager who watch this: OMG someone explain my plan for making 4 year develop this strategy.. now i must search another formation!
ОтветитьCarlo brought it back and won laliga and ucl🤍💀
ОтветитьThe 4-4-2 doesn’t lay well rn cause teams forgot how to spread the damn field. Every winger wants to play inside and no one can hit a cross field switch. It’s still viable if used right
ОтветитьPerfect opening and ending Fisk 😂❤
ОтветитьThis is my best formati
ОтветитьIf your 4 midfielders are getting outplayed by a 3 man midfield, that’s on them.
ОтветитьBut... But... Someone was a midfielder in Man United 😭🤡
ОтветитьMy Coach ran a 4-4-2 and i played midfield with a friend of mine and we were overran by teams that stacked the middle
Ответитьat early 2000's 19 teams from EPL use this formation, kick n rush
ОтветитьIt still is relevant, considering who and which team plays with it
ОтветитьIt’s not that it’s out of fashion it’s because it’s a formation that needs 2 powerful CM and a solid back line. The reason why it’s not played is because teams don’t have the right type of players to play it. Back in the day teams like United and Arsenal could play it because of the types of players they had.
ОтветитьAt my club, we play a 3-5-2 and most players are out of their natural position
ОтветитьAlmost every formation is a variation of 4-4-2
ОтветитьFour, Four, Focking Two!
ОтветитьThanks for noting the weakness of the midield. Its always coming up whenever my team plays. We employ the 442 in amateur division alot, but we concede a lot of goals due to there just being a massive gap in the midfield. I also noticed that everytime we were ahead of the opponent, we just drop our responsibilities and take it easy, and we can't do that because our midfield is just a mess due to this formation. Everytime we played 433 we instantly were more on the opponents side.
ОтветитьIn germany we alqays grew up with a 433 formation. Interesting that in england its 442. I think my team has never played with 2 strikers
ОтветитьWhat about Alex Ferguson’s 25 years
ОтветитьWell the 4-4-2 helped my boys win 2 titles this past season and we beat teams using other formations. When you have the talent…
Ответитьnth better than 4-4-facking-2
ОтветитьIt leaves uou outnumbered in midfield and exposed to counter attack as 2 striker's,winger and even full back wikl always fly high, once they git the ball behind the deep lying midfielder on the counter you're done for
ОтветитьSaying Leicester played with a 442 is a bit simplistic they played with a 10 and then a 9 off the front line! 442 is adaptable nowadays teams like to play a 424 without the ball but realistically its more like a 442 with wingers playing more inverted trying to cut passes into the middle! It was always be a staple when struggling teams need stability and assurance
Ответитьjust imagine a 4-4-2 against a 3-5-2
ОтветитьThe main issue with 4-4-2 is it doesn't allow you to easily transition into 5 attackers without leaving a lopsided rest defence.
It can be done, but it's more difficult than with odd numbers in at least one row.
The essence of 4-4-2 will never die completely. What we’ve seen esp from the likes of Pep Guardiola is that when without the ball he likes his team to press in that shape for its simplicity the fact that you can set up a high press or sit deep in that shape. True say with the ball its a different story the formation is quite limited in the build up phase
Ответить4-2-3-1 is objectively the best formation.
Ответить3-4-3-1 my fav formation
ОтветитьTheres a way to make a 442 to work when you have possession of the ball, push a cb into the midfield to create a 3 and have the fullbacks tuck in as cbs.
ОтветитьHow about the 4-2-2-2
Ответитьfeel like 4-4-2 hasn't fallen out of fashion. many top teams press in a 4-4-2 a lot of the time.
Ответить
