Hi, I am a nurse practitioner and recently got laid off because I was not willing to accept my employer's new contract which has lower compensation and lowered benefit. The facility i am working on right now wants me to work independently for them. So, my question is can i work for the facility that i worked through my previous employer? My contract has a non solicitation clause that says that i cannot solicit their patients to my own or successor practice, but its does not mention any timeframe? can you please help ?

Question: If an employee leaves on there own will after being with a company for 4 years, leaves to pursue better thing for 4 years and then comes back and have been here for 4 years. Are they eligible for the first 4 years to be added to there seniority?
