I'm sure White Manna is great, but they are most certainly NOT the original slider. White Castle is THE undisputed original slider. I also love how everyone pretends that the "slider" name is not 100% based on the fact that the steam grilled onions sometime have unfortunate digestive side effects. It was common knowledge growing up in the midwest that sliders got their name from the fact that they slide right through the digestive tract. Also see "Belly Bombers"

Best burger for under 5 bucks is at club fts in Roseville Michigan. With or without onions with or without cheese. Grilled onions, white American, and yellow American. Grill is a very well seasoned cast iron flat top. It’s a cash only Midwest dive bar. Grill goes off at 10
