Astagfiullah may Allah guide this person. Please first go read hadith. Saving beard and trying to look like a imam does not give ilim. Also the hadith says clearly, if you do not trim your beard then the prophet s.a.v warns. Se hadith:
"I heard the Messenger of Allah [SAW] say: 'Whoever does not take from his mustache, he is not one of us.'"
