Ingredients:
40g of butter
5ml of olive oil
50g finely chopped onion
1 tbsp minced or minced garlic
110g of broccoli. only the heads
1 tbsp basil flakes
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp seasoning powder.
2 cups of milk
70g mozzarella cheese
Preparation.
In a pan, add the oil and butter.
add the onions and fry for 1 minute
add the garlic and fry for a few seconds as in the video
add broccoli and basil flakes. mix well and brown for 1 minute
add milk and seasoning powder
taste the taste. if it lacks a pinch of salt. add pepper to taste and then the mozzarella cheese. do not stop moving so that the milk and cheese do not cut.
let it reduce a bit. to your liking and ready the easy broccoli soup recipe.
