This is the ultimate Ergonomic Workstation /watch?v=LI6QqQ-4HkY
Ответитьits better for the eyes to have the monitors at least a meter away from you.
Ответитьthe most ergonomic thing about this video is Sharon
Ответитьi got hard with the music.
ОтветитьIn my opinion a good ergonomic chair has to have armrests.
ОтветитьLove your videos Sharon, make more vids more often.
Ответитьthe pop-ing unstable keyboard tray is not ergonomic
ОтветитьGood one.
ОтветитьI use a lazy boy and my 40" TV for my setup, doesn't feel like i could get more comfortable then this... I am on it most of the day, does anyone know if this is actually bad for me? PS I am skinny
Ответитьshe so hot...damn

ОтветитьI love my wrist rests; I never have problems with carpal tunnel syndrome.
ОтветитьIf you could only pick one who would it be, Sharon or Bridget?
Ответитьi agree this was actually helpful

Ответитьmy keyboard is on the desk itself, like 99% of the users i guess, is this good?
Ответитьfuck having a laptop on a desk then haha
ОтветитьAHH! Fingerprint on the screen!
ОтветитьThis is a horrible video, the monitor distance and height clearly depend on the monitor size.
ОтветитьWtf
ОтветитьGood tips! I have carpel tunnel cause im always twisting and straining my wrist. also back problems
ОтветитьWhen i m studying, i lean back and go low on the chair then pull my legs on the chair opposite me, i think i m doing it wrong.. :P
ОтветитьThanks! , nice tips!
ОтветитьShe is hot
Ответитьbitch knows shit
Ответитьlovely smooth music, can you tell me what it is? thanks
ОтветитьWut m8? Prepared to Be MLG Target
Ответитьthat is a no for me regarding a wrist rest. Most individuals drop their wrists unconsciously as they access the keyboard, I would rather that be a softer surface to "glide" across versus planting on a hard desktop.... (as long as it does not interfere with maintaining the elbows in close to the sides, no reaching to homerow...
ОтветитьWhy not handle the height first? lol
ОтветитьHow about 4 monitors?
ОтветитьWhat about on a budget for students?
ОтветитьI'm not so sure I agree with the arm's length distance analysis. That may work for a typical 22" monitor, but certainly not every monitor. I use a 34" ultrawide, so if I had my monitor that close, I'd be tilting my neck side to side to see the contents on the screen. I think a good rule of thumb is just to keep it far enough so that you can see the entire monitor comfortably, but close enough so you can read the text accurately.
