My Grandad and Father was a grandmaster of a small lodge in Northern Ireland. The one rule when in the lodge was you are not allowed upstairs. I have my Grandfathers Masons bible. It was given to him in 1939. He then went to fight the Nazi's in North Africa and my Father joined when my Grandfather came back and when he turned 21 he joined himself. They only thing he has ever told me was how you get accepted. All members have a white and a black marble. All members have to present a white ball. One black ball and you don't get in. Other than that he will tell me nothing so you aren't telling us much here mate. I could make this video and tell the people more than you which put me off joining myself.

Masonry is based in such ideas as 1) God is "in everyone", which is blasphemous and rooted in gnosticism... 2) man can attain to a level of holiness by way of self-discipline and reach the sublime, which is pure LEGALISM and PRIDE, which were the sins of the BLIND Pharisee... Masonry calls The Bible a symbol of The Book Of Faith (whatever that's supposed to mean), and then distorts the focal message of Scripture to make it incredibly human-centric and carnal and ultimately rejects CHRIST as the Mediator. It's a self-contradictory, "co-exist" MESS... at best.

Well spoken Brother, I’m no longer member of a lodge, but as we say “Once initiated,always a brother”. I quit my lodge because of tiredness after work and no inspiration to contribute anymore. Maybe I should consider to re entry the brotherhood. To speak about philosophy, history, personal things and future ideas is very inspiring and I have the time now since I retired. Yes an older white guy.

You say that it is not allowed in lodge. I presume you mean tiled lodge and not the temple, building, center, etc. Unfortunately, brethren, even high ranking, proselytize their politic cult in the social room or parking lot. Driving away Brethren and prospects. I for one refused an invite and dimited because hearing this actually makes me physically sick.

Ive wanted to join for a long time and know the WM where i live. I just wish all the brothers were christian it would comfort me so 😢. To truely love a brother as a christian you would want them to follow Jesus as for us its the only way into heaven. If anyone can comfort me on the topic would be great. I love the idea of Freemasonry.

I'm a Freemason. Any intelligent person should be aware of the proper setting to discuss religion/politics. When I first stepped foot into the lodge, this proper etiquette was one of the first things that was mentioned. One of the benefits of membership is becoming loyal, and close friends with people. I believe, at that point, of true friendship, and outside the lodge things of potential controversy may be discussed, and should be. I've had these types of conversations with many brothers, most were interesting, and brought us closer from having things in common. Just not in the lodge.

I have a serious question I’ve always wondered about-

Is it coincidence or not that freemasonry holds similarities to Jesus Christ?

For example, Jesus died on the cross at 33 years old apparently and was resurrected 3 days later.

33rd is the highest rank in Scottish rite and 3rd is for a master mason. I’m not a mason myself but got this information from sources and you’ve confirmed this in your videos.

The masons use the compass like carpenters use. Jesus was always apparently a carpenter.

Could the G in the compass mean gospels of Jesus Christ?

Maybe not but it seems there are parallels with Christianity here.

You could maybe show similarities between Master Masons and Mary Magdelene (MM) but I’ll admit that’s reaching and probably wouldn’t count since master has been around before Jesus to signify many things from proficient at something to signifying complete ownership over a person, land, idea, etc.
