UMVC3 HITSTUN DETERIORATION

This is probably the best find along with the fast char switch (switcheero)

You can do stupid infinites, continue comboing as long when you have any otg attacks/assist so basically everyone is now GOD-Tier.

The combo possibilities are ENDLESS!

Change these areas that is highlighted in red and replace the values with FF and EE.
