Has anyone noticed if they have to take Adderall and they have a poor appetite, an hour or two of weightlifting mitigate that symptom of low to no appetite?

I haven't been diagnosed with ADHD or ADD, but one time I took an Adderall my senior year in high school and I swear for the first time I was genuinely able to focus in school. That day I felt like the smartest person in the room and the next day I was back to normal and not able to focus. I'm currently enrolled in college for *first time back in school since 2020*, and I feel my high school experience happening all over again in the since of not being able to focus. I made a doctors appointment and hopefully I get prescribed Adderall. If not I'm not sure if I'll be passing my first year of college, but I guess I'll see what God has planned.
