FOX looks to be the only team that downgraded, just bcoz they lose their best player and botlane is a sidegrade kind of. I think KDF is a bit high as well, 2 former NA players and losing Cuzz will hurt imo. I have HLE > T1 > GEN at the top

HLE should be 1 but T1 and GENG in 2 and 3 are interchangeable depending on what you value

So looking at the rosters, top 3 is fine as is. The rest are kind of iffy. I rather have KT a bit higher, but I guess we will see how Kwangdong and OK BRO do with their new rosters. Dplus is kind weird as well. I mean they have Beryl, Showmaker and Aiming still but I guess we will see how good Siwoo is

If they remove Oner it is the downfall of T1 😊

I'm not convinced HLE is #1. Individually each player are monsters, incl Zeus ofc. But T1 and HLE are very different team play styles, and we've only ever seen Zeus on T1. I think a lot will ride on whether HLE adapts properly to allow Zeus to show his potential. Zeus loves being a carry and getting a lot of resources, which T1 often played around him for. HLE is used to giving their top laner the weak side and giving resources mainly to their bot. They could very well adjust and be monsters, certainly! But only time will tell. There's been several all star teams in the past that just didn't mesh together well.
