Useful information
ОтветитьAlways very well said!
Ответитьi absolutely adore your videos, please never stop making them 😄 also you are so gorgeous!!
ОтветитьBeautiful content your voice suits it really adorable and respectable. Thanks 😊😊
ОтветитьThank you so much for making this fascinating video Miss. I am amazed by how much detail you have managed to include in such an all too short film.
As for the detail in the sculpture, it literally brings tears to my eyes. I am watching the film on my mobile in UK after an early morning shift but, were I in Rome, I doubt if I could move away from this spectacular work. I had that problem when viewing Dali's Christ Of St. John Of The Cross in Glasgow and had to make several visits, just to be near it!
What an incredible feet this sculpture is, especially for such a young man to construct. I am not at all surprised that he claimed it as his own.
I hope you will forgive me for adding my agreement to the comments regarding your visual and vocal beauty. All in all this video and your involvement in it is a Godsend.
Blessings and peace Miss. Thanks be to God.
It's possibly more breath taking than David. Absolutely stunning.
ОтветитьThe lady speaking kinda looks like Mary
ОтветитьHello Tatiana, I love Rome and your lectures even more. I knew about the Right arm but the picture of Pollak was extra. It was found in 1904, 400 years after the find.
Perhaps you will do one on GL Bernini, what an artist, he was 11 yrs when he did the sculpture of Mgr Santoni in St Pressada. Thank you, Anthony

ОтветитьAwesome! Thank you for the education!!
ОтветитьHey Tatyana, really loved the information you shared with us about Michelangelo’s first masterpiece, Pietà. I was hoping you could take the time to share your insight on The Ecstasy of Saint Theresa by Bernini. I just wrote a paper about both pieces and was hoping you could share something I may have overlooked, or missed entirely. Thanks for the great videos, look forward to seeing what you share with us next!
ОтветитьVery well done! My wife and I were blessed to be able to see this work in person while on pilgrimage to Rome. I actually had an emotional response to seeing it. Sancta Maria, Ora pro Nobis!
ОтветитьBeautiful!
ОтветитьGreat video and amazing art
ОтветитьThis do'es not need to be explained. It speaks for itself. You can only stare in stunned disbelief
ОтветитьDid you take the photos ? Are people allowed to photograph inside ?
ОтветитьHi Tatiana! I love your channel. Well done on what you have achieved. Very proud of you.
I’d like to suggest an Armenian painting you may wish to explore and analyse next!
Thank you so much! This video helped me soooo
with my school project!
I took a trip to Rome with no real plans. Just walked that entire city aimlessly and eventually came across Pieta. stood there for a long time admiring the lines. I will see it again in the future.
ОтветитьRockin
ОтветитьHats off machiel angilo
ОтветитьAnother great video.
ОтветитьIt is my deepest dream to see the La Pieta soonest in Rome. How I imagined standing in front of the most amazing work of art and feel the heavenly energy of it.
ОтветитьPieta made me cry when I first saw it, I felt the sorrow in my soul!
ОтветитьI think the Pieta is the most beautiful sculpture ever done.
ОтветитьThank you. Really enjoyed your Vlog.
Ответитьnice video.. Great Job showing us World's greatest sculpture of Jesus and Holy Mary. thank you for doing it... wish I could go see it myself.. looks so amazing.
You do a great job.
When just out of high school I saw this at the worlds fair in New York, USA. This was before it was damaged by a madman. I remember it even today and I’m now 75. You can see the veins and arteries in Jesus body. Mary looks angelic. It looks so human and soft not stone stiff. The folds of Mary’s dress are complex next to the smooth skin of Jesus. It is so human and frail. I remember it to this day in my old age.
ОтветитьThanks for such a wonderful journey to Michelangelo`s Art !!
ОтветитьI'm struck by Mary's beauty and youth. We're to always see her as pure and innocent, despite the terrific tragedy of the subject at hand. Again you point out the stability of the figure by way of its triangular shape. Such an eloquent observation. Thank you!
ОтветитьThis has been my favorite work of art since I was a kid. Absolutely stunning!!!
ОтветитьThanks, I love this piece.
ОтветитьHe did this work when he was 23? Miraculous at any age.
ОтветитьA beautiful piece of Art reviewed by a beautiful Art Historian.... fuckin gnarly.
ОтветитьMary's youth might also be explained by the fact that she is actually holding a living small child. And what we see is entirely in her mind and the child's mind, and a foretelling of the future.
ОтветитьItalian proud
ОтветитьThanks for this video. Very interesting.
ОтветитьBeautiful depiction, very accurate, and spectacular historical correlation.
ОтветитьIt seems to me that Mary's right hand is supporting her son covered by the cloth of her gown, not a wrinkle on his skin caused by the pressure of her hand. Am I incorrect?
ОтветитьI loved this video ! Thank you !!
ОтветитьHallo, Tatiana, thank you for this presentation you prepared for us. In my opinion all relevant information around this ingenious sculpture is included in this video. So I could reflect upon my resent impression on the pietá when I was visting St. Peter in February this year.
ОтветитьSemiramis and Tammuz.
ОтветитьTürkçe altyazı istiyorum.
Lütfen 😊
