No doubt the T-129 Attack Helicopter is a fine piece of weaponry. In low-intensity conflicts they can be "very valuable" to the side using them.
However in full scale wars, unless one has "Air Superiority," these attack helicopters will most likely perform below expectations coz of their very high vulnerability to SAM's(Surface to Air Missiles), Mobile Short Range Air Defense Systems, Manpads, etc.
