That looked really good although I must admit I'd go crazy on the crab legs and shrimp and if they have it scallops.
I've a weakness when it comes to seafood lol.

Pacific Oyster's and Mussel's are the very BEST! So nice to have crab shells cut open and shrimp shelled for you! The Duck looks awesome and so does the wine offerings and the wine glasses are world class awesome! Very clean good quality foods! Is it truly the real Wagyu Beef? A Competition for the Wynn Buffet. The reason anyone would pay the cost of the "Golden Steer" or "The Wynn", when they can go to this Buffet? Very elegant booth seating and chop sticks.

Why do y’all do mainly seafood/Asian buffets? Different types of food would be more appealing. Imo

At my 40s, I stopped going to buffet cuz I prefer better quality food and I avoid a lot of carbs, sugar. This looks like a good place for me to just gobble up on quality crab and duck! Can’t wait for my trip in January!

Looks great, I can’t eat a lot so quality is important to me and the price is reasonable.

You two are SO LUCKY you live in Vegas, IF you tried to get the same foods here in Vancouver Canada there is ONLY 1 Chinese Buffet (River Rock Casino) and they don't have seafood anymore! ALL the other ones closed down oer the past 10 to 15 years...

seems like vegas is always “out with the old and in with the new” now days. from the videos i see anyway. not been there in many many years. but as they evolve, its all asian types of buffets. not really American food. also, at 22 mins, google says “Yes, you can eat the seeds in star fruit, but some people prefer to remove them because they aren't very tasty” so there you go, its safe or i would have assumed they would not let you eat them.

All the choices look delicious. Rather surprised, green beans are the only vegetable and no type of salad at all. Also, are buffets supposed to have sneeze guards? You and Mrs. EV make every buffet look scrumptious!

Looks like this is a very small buffet, while I like everything they offer, but for the price they are charging, other than fruits, they should have one plate for some kind of desserts
