Ответитьi decided to do this after a 15 min cardio workout and i don’t think i’ve ever been this sweaty lol. thank you for showing me it is ok to take quick breaks during the workout so i don’t feel so bad when i do. i love how real you are when doing this

Ответитьeveryone has different feelings after the workout but if you are not used to doing this kind of intense workout, you may want to start with the workout which is for the beginner cause you will immediately regret because of the symptoms you would have after this workout. <for me, the symptoms went away after the first week>

Day 1: Burned 110 calories, this workout was so intense and I took multiple breaks. Did it a second time and I burned 81 calories, it was easier than the first time and I took less breaks.
Day 2: Burned 80 calories, very intense
I love your workouts you seem way more motivating than other people I do only your workouts cause they are more fun to me ☺️

ОтветитьI didn't think I would like this workout because it's short and I was looking for one 30mins or over...but oh my god the fact that I was so short made me really want to do every single exercise as hard as I could which is something I objectively don't do with longer ones... this was soooo good and really underestimated

ОтветитьI love the mountain climbers. You can do it slow to get the form down, pause and do a plank hold, back again. I always count 1 and 2 and because that makes 1. I go faster now because my arms can carry me better. But at first just do it slow and distribute your weight evenly!🐱

Had anybody with a Fitbit actually tracked how many calories this burns for them? I’m curious! I’ve been doing this for a couple days and I’ve seen amazing results ^

Day 1: (54kg) had to skip the last 2 ones cuz I ran outa breath and my legs was super tired. When I tell you THIS IS INTEMSE.
Day 2:(52kg) I can now do all of the exercises I ran out of breath and sweated alot but it was worth it cuz it feels so amazibf afterwards.
According to my fitness wach i lost 161 kcal in this one workout and i.am.tierd.

I am also going to Burn calories tomorrow because im going on a trip with my Claas and we're gonna be skating but later we're gonna go to McDonald's so i will try not to eat much and later when i will be home i will also do a workout but not this one i need a workout for 600cal if i accidentally would break and eat more junk food so yea

Ответитьit's my first day today to do this, and WOW i have never felt like this before, few minutes in and i felt like i was going to faint and felt kinds sick as well, to the point when i had to pause and go lie down for few minutes, which means this workout is really good and i can't wait to do this more.(and i know am really unhealth or please don't judge:)

Okay so, I normally do workouts and conditioning with gymnastics so it was okay, but still enough to challenge me!
So day 1: bit tricky I done okay, just need some more stamina, I’m going to be doing this one and another one:)
Day 2:
Age: 13 weight: not a clue, reason to lose weight: got gymnastics comps coming up and going on holiday soon
