Assaulting someone doesn't mean you have to touch them, that's assault and battery, there's a difference.

Good call on the OP not bringing the baby to court. A smart judge would know what you were doing (just messing with her), judges generally don't like litigants who use their courtrooms for personal vendettas. It would not help you in an otherwise easy case.

EM goes APESHIT. Stalking OP, leaving dead animals on her doorstep, throwing bricks through her windows, etc.

Eventually, EM invade her home not knowing she was there. OP notices her digging through her shed in their backyard. So she prepares herself behind the back door when EM enters. OP BEAMS the shit out of her.

When police arrived, EM scream for them to shoot her pretending that OP's home is hers. OP is put on the ground. After they communicate and get things resolved, SHE is put in cuffs.

I don't remember the consequences that befell her, but I know that OP is OFFICIALLY safe from this subhuman wretch.

I ACTUALLY GOT A TIP FROM MY FOOD DELIVERY GUY. You get what you earn, I alvays give 5 star. The guy didn't have small cash to give me the change. I previously offered him to just take everything but he gave me the money and said exacly the same as I did ealier: Keep the change. I remembered his name and next time gonna return the favour.

I can’t stand that mum complaining about how hard it is bringing up her autistic son and that she should get a discount because of it. Like I understand that it’s difficult but being autistic is worse. The world isn’t designed for neurodivergent people and you don’t see me going round asking for discounts on my food because of how difficult it was for me to get to the restaurant or for me to answer the door. I just deal with it and watch something to calm down my brain

As soon as he said president of her HOA they lost that case.
