Momma Gina is a breath of fresh air for me any time any day. I watch her videos whenever I'm down and draw some inspiration. Where is the red pepper? WHere is the emulsification of the oil and pasta water? You put the spaghetti in the pan with the oil and garlic, add pasta water, stir , repeat until the oil is creamy. So sad.
