Heat Week '24: Smoked + Fried Wings, Spicy Chicken Fried Steak, Spicy Pork Larb, Spicy Banana Split

Would love to visit during Heat Week!
My neck of the woods is seriously lacking when it comes to food.

My mouth and tummy can take the heat, but my 'cheerio' can't !

This makes me miss the East Coast Grill hell night in Cambridge Ma. Owner/Chef Chris Schlesinger one of the first to take ridiculously spicy food and make it delicious as well as nuclear.

Diabolical spice level menu, but that was the the point. Your channel inspires me for years now. Your kitchen is so open for purview, so I keep watching, no reason to stop.

Most people ain’t making this at home, but this is appropriate for heat week. I love fresh blended habanero salsa, tomatoes and white vinegar w tortilla chips.

It all looks amazing, but it’s been forever since I’ve had a good chicken fried steak and that one looks beyond phenomenal

I might have to spend a week in Austin next year?

Frickin awesome that you covered all dishes for heat week! It all looked really good but the larb is what really caught my eye. I work with a Hmong dude and he brings in pork and/or fish larb and it's always spicy as fuck and super delicious! He uses Thai chilis, cilantro, fish sauce, and a lot of lime.
