You made that look easy, many thanks
ОтветитьAwesome video and great repair!
ОтветитьMine is having an issue with moving forward. I have to have both arms in the right position in order for it to move. Will this adjustment eliminate that issue?
ОтветитьWhat about one side not pulling?
ОтветитьWhat’s the name of the part?
ОтветитьGreat vid. Hard to do but your man hands keep getting in the way.😝
ОтветитьJust got a new Z48F special edition delivered and had to adjust the deck and need to adjust the steering now! Is this how I also fix a drifting to the left problem? Manual doesn't even touch on it! -- And the arms are making a VERY annoying whinning sound! Especially when you try to turn with the throttle at lowest. Is there a way to fix the noise problem? It sounds to me like somethings not right just don't know much about zero-turns yet.. Any help will be greatly appreciated and I will sub for sure! :)
ОтветитьAfter you broke that part, I'll bet you were thinking "if it ain't broke don't fix it."
ОтветитьYah it's easy alright. NOT
ОтветитьWhat causes it to do this in the first place? Mine just started doing this about 3 uses ago.
ОтветитьHusqavarna... nope. husqvarna, yes.
ОтветитьI have a Husqvarna Z254F Special Edition that is 1 week old with an issue (box store not interested in making the sell good by not offering real help), but when unit is cold (not cold weather) upon starting there is no moving forward or reverse (while moving the steering/park brake arms)- the Hydro-Gear makes a whiny-grinding noise and after a minute or two of moving the steering/park brake arms the unit begins to work properly. Any ideas ?
ОтветитьHey Ray, just got the 42 in. When I go forward with both arms , the right arm go about 3/4 in further and then the mower drifts left.
Also need to pull back with right arm to go straight
How do I adjust?
Thanks, Eric
Thank you very much for the video. Mine is a little different but this gave me enough information in order to adjust my mower.
ОтветитьCan't you just adjust the block?
ОтветитьMy brand new 54" ZTR mower has extremely tight lap bars, making it impossible to use for a long time. Can the tension be adjusted on the lap bars or is is possibly something else?
ОтветитьHello Sir. My left control arm lags about 4/5 inches behind the right arm when I drive straight. Do you know what I should adjust. There are no loose bolts/nuts/linkages. Thank you...
ОтветитьSorry but U blocked ever important part of video thumbs down
ОтветитьCan’t see anything in your hands in the way
ОтветитьThe "creep" adjustment is near the rod on the back at/on the transmission . It's a Large Allen/hex bolt. Jack the rear tires up off the ground. I do not always remove the tires but, it may be best for you to remove them for your first time. Start motor. Ever so gently, at the Allen bolt, slide the top plate till the wheel does not spin forward or backwards Tighten all bolts up. Super easy job. This procedure has nothing nothing to do with tracking. This simply stops the creep by one or both wheels.
Tracking it corrected with the bolt, on each ( R or L) side at each base of the handlebar. Which would normally be behind/beside your leg.
Thanks!
ОтветитьRay I bought a 254 used almost brand new but the lest side does not engage. What could be the problem or what showing or is what you are demonstrating be the problem?
