You can take me to a 5 star restaurant with steak and champagne or a street market with fish and chips. You will see the same woman enjoying her food, socializing and being joyful. And I never feel out of place while doing it. ❤❤ it didn't come natural. I built this woman. And i love her❤❤

Regular stretching and yoga is good for the joints and body- mental stretching and mental yoga is good for your mental health and every area of your life~ good nutrition, hydration, and good sleep will make a big difference in brain function. A healthy curiosity to explore new ideas, and the wisdom and security to know that exploring new ideas doesn’t threaten your identity will take you far if you can master this skill. Every relationship in your life will improve if you can have patience and mental flexibility.

ОтветитьI went through horrific childhood trauma and was still so flexible and was like how she explains. Got with a narcissist and broke. I’m a hot mess and I def think I had more than my share of trauma, it was just too much for my life.
ОтветитьThe best thing is you can learn this skill. I'm learning it currently and I've come a long way. Things that would have previously pushed my life into chaos for weeks are now just irritating situations that I forget about in a day or two, sometimes within few hours.

ОтветитьNah. If you’ve been through a trauma or were born different, health would be measured by a different standard. Same should be w mental health. If I’m traumatized, health for me is having secure relationships and a sense of joy back in my life. Jesus is King!
