Please, I am in need of a support. I am struggling with insomnia, deep seated fears and addiction. I am affirming positive things to my self every day and working on loving my self. It is a difficult journey, but I am doing it! I am letting go of the false self, and recognizing my true nature. I am authentic and loving. I am true. I am compassionate and kind!
